Animed Veterinary Hospital at 105 Old Highway 172, Hubert, North Carolina.

Just moved to NC and our Larka needed to have her DES prescription filled. Made an appointment and showed up early, assuming I would have new patient information to fill out. The waiting room was full, but all the dogs were well behaved while waiting. We got seen about 45 minutes after our appointment time, but once we were seen, the appointment went very well! Dr. Tucker loved on Larka while examining her, and everyone at Animed was so forthcoming about getting her records transferred from our old vet in VA so that treatment could continue. We will continue to see Animed for both our fur-children!

So my girlfriend and I have made an appointment the day before for a 1pm. I get an unknown phone call on the day of the appointment in the morning but the call didn't leave any messages. Had to call to hear that it is the hospital but no one answered. Called 3 more times, nothing. Figured the appointment is still on. We arrive at exactly 1pm. Filled out some paperwork because it's our first time here. Even checked YES for appointment. 1.5 hours later I finally asked about the appointment and how it's been way past the scheduled time. Was told there was no appointment by us. They moved us into a room at 1 hour and 45 minutes. We waited yet another 30 minutes. Enough with them wasting our time, we walked out. The staff are friendly but clearly need management skills and to work on time efficiency. Never coming back again. Would not recommend.
